How to thread a yoni egg:
Guide one end of the string through the hole and tie a knot at the end of the string. Then tie another for additional support. It is recommended to double up the silk string for extra strength. If you do this, cut about 30cm-40cm of strong, half the string and twist the end that has been halved, thread it through and tie two knots. This will make it firmer when removing the egg. Use a new string with every practice.
