Shipping & Returns

All orders are generally shipped within 3 days of placing the order. Once shipped, customers will be emailed a tracking number to follow the package.  

• Shipping within South Africa is a standard rate of R75. 

• Other arrangements must be agreed on with Native Nude before placing your order. 

• Worldwide shipping follows the standard rates per order charged at time of purchase. 

• Worldwide orders are currently shipped via International Express Post during Covid-19 restrictions to ensure priority service.

Shipping is discreet and no where on the outside of the product alludes to sexual or pleasure products. 

Native Nude ships worldwide. All custom taxes and duties vary depending on country or state. All custom taxes and duties requested upon arrival are the responsibility of the customer. In many instances, there may be no taxes or duties requested. 

Once we have shipped the item, and the customer has received confirmation of tracking and postage, it is no longer the responsibility of Native Nude. No refunds are available in the unforeseen circumstance that the item is lost in transit due to the postage system.

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the nature of the products, Native Nude does not accept refunds nor product exchanges on change of mind or broken or damaged products, unless damaged in transit or considered a manufacturing fault. 

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In the very rare instance that the product arrives damaged, please email info@nativenude.com with photos of the damaged product and proof of the order within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. Please note that pre-authorisation is required for all refunds, exchanges and returns.

Damages and issues

Each item undergoes three strict quality checks and is lovingly packaged before it is shipped. All crystals are unique and from the earth, no two crystals are the same. As the products are made of earth authentic material, small imperfections are normal. Please keep in mind that crystals tend to vary in size and colour. Crystals are to be used internally at customer’s discretion.

Native Nude is not liable for any damages after 48 hours of receiving the product. Crystals and gemstones are very fine material. Handle with care.
